We deliver monitoring, emergency preparedness and safety management systems, as well as operational support services for maritime stakeholders. With extensive experience and technological expertise, we support fisheries, aquaculture, cargo and passenger vessels, offshore and energy sectors, education, and ports—helping them create safer and more efficient operations at sea.

Norseye is ISO 9001:2015 certified and places strong emphasis on quality management. As a supplier, we meet strict quality standards, giving you extra assurance when choosing us. High reliability and safety require continuous improvement and systematic quality work—reducing errors and minimizing risk in critical situations, which is essential in our safety-focused industry.
Our history
Founded by Terje Rødahl in 2013, Norseye has consistently delivered quality services to the maritime sector. Initially, our offerings focused on marine services for offshore operators on the Norwegian continental shelf. In 2015, we completed our first marine monitoring center, which has since overseen installations, cables, and other offshore assets.
In 2019, Sidsel Sæterøy joined as co-owner and CEO, introducing a new strategy with increased focus on maritime preparedness and subscription-based solutions for safety management systems for commercial vessels. In the following years, the company reorganized and moved into new premises within a maritime business cluster in Kristiansund, marking the start of a significant growth phase with multiple hires and a clear strategic direction.

In a rapidly changing world, new challenges and evolving threats demand proactive solutions. Increased irregular activity at sea, growth in emerging industries, and competition for ocean space create complexity. Norseye is ready to respond. Our technology and expertise provide a clear, comprehensive view of the maritime domain—enabling smooth handling of deviations.
