09 Norseye System 

As part of our product portfolio, we offer the Norseye Systemet software for streamlining emergency preparedness and safety management on board seagoing vessels. In order to offer this service, information about the crew on board the vessel listed in point 2 will be collected and processed in accordance with the agreement. 

We will only use the information collected in the Norseye System in an emergency response context. We will not sell, rent or share the information with third parties, unless required by law or necessary to perform our services. This may include sharing with Norwegian emergency services in a crisis situation.  

We take information security and privacy very seriously and have implemented a number of measures to protect the information collected through the Norseye System. We will also ensure that the information is deleted when it is no longer necessary to perform our services within the framework of the contract.
